 London launch for Thai Spa Resort

A stunning new Thai hotel and spa resort is to be launched in London later this month. 5 minutes down the road from the Palace of the King of Thailand, this spectacular lakeside retreat is situated in Hua Hin, an historic seaside resort an easy 2 hour drive south of Bangkok, Thailand.

This development has been designed by the same architect as the world-renowned Chiva Som Resort and is available at US$280,000 (c. £147,000) for a luxury 2 bed villa of approximately 3,100 sq ft. The developer is also offering a 6% minimum p.a. 2 year rental guarantee, with actual annual yields expected to be between 9% and 13%.

The development is being launched in London on the 13th, 14th and 15th May at One Aldwych Hotel in the heart of Covent Garden.
