Britons should head to Brazil to grab a solid Property Investment, a leading overseas property expert has said…
According to overseas property portal Homesgofast, low House prices as well as a strengthening property market are attracting more UK Property investors than ever to the South American country.
Nicholas Marr, spokesperson for Homesgofast, said that people were "winning twice" with the cheap property prices and stabilising economy offered by Brazil.
He also said that Brits were attracted to the country thanks to a very low cost of living, with many areas that still appear "untouched" by foreign influence.
Speaking about UK property investors' reaction to Brazil, Mr Marr commented: "Investors are going out there and saying: 'Oh my God, I can't believe this'.
"In Fortaleza, north-east of Brazil, five bedroom villas were going for around the 90,000 pound mark.
"Generally, the cost of living is very low. Beer is 60p," he added.
Mr Marr also added that once direct flights became available, Brazil would really "take-off" as a place to invest.
