 New performance-based UK property advertising!

Monday, January 08, 2007

TheMoveChannel has kicked off 2007 by launching a new range of property listing services aimed at UK estate agents, developers and property companies…

After 3 years of successfully listing and selling properties in countries as far apart as Mongolia, Chile, Fiji and Canada, TheMoveChannel.com has turned its attention back to its spiritual home, with a range of value-added services designed to appeal primarily to estate agents based in the United Kingdom.

The new packages build on the success TheMoveChannel.com has had with performance-based advertising, where the cost of advertising is directly linked to the success of the platform for the individual partners.

One of the new packages on offer is the ‘Tele Plus’ service, where agents can choose to receive enquiries via the phone, for a set fee per call. With full online answering services and a discreet ‘whisper’ system that alerts agents to the source of the call, this package offers partners a more flexible approach to handling online enquiries.

Founder of TheMoveChannel, Dan Johnson, was looking forward to working with more UK agents and said: “We think UK agents will find our new packages extremely competitive, particularly those that are concerned about measuring the performance of advertising expenditure and ensuring that money is not wasted on expensive media that don’t deliver.”

“The Tele Plus package is particularly interesting, as it gives sales consultants instant contact with potential buyers and sellers at a time when they know the client is interested in the services or properties they have to offer.”

The new phone-based solution costs just £2.50 per lead, with the initial £250 payment covering the first 100 calls. This can be taken as a standalone solution, or as part of a broader listings package that can incorporate pay per email or commission share listings.

The full range of listing options includes a commission share, pay per email and pay per call as well as a more traditional subscription model and a premium listings solution that allows agents to help make their listings stand out on the site.

If you would like to add your UK properties to TheMoveChannel, or if you are a UK Estate Agent interested in more information about listing properties with us, please visit: http://www.themovechannel.com/company/agents/ or phone 0871 231 7331 to speak to one of our partner managers.
