The ‘Personal Property Search’ offers you breathing space, making finding your home a more enjoyable experience.

Our loyalty rests firmly with you, the purchaser. Unlike Estate Agents who will always remain loyal to their vendors, we are fully independent of the transaction and act only for you, the Purchaser. Our assistance and advice will provide you with a holistic view of local markets and will not only give you the time to make choices, our resources will empower you to make the right decisions when making an offer.

Once activated, your property search will be managed by your own Personal Agent (PA.) They will assist, advise and ensure that you are not only 110% ready to move but that the entire moving process goes as smoothly as possible. Your PA will create a profile on the type of property you are looking for, the area, as well as your motivation and lifestyle. This process ensures that you are always at the top of estate agents and property professionals ‘Hot list’ whilst filtering non-suitable properties from being presented to you.

Working for you throughout the whole process from profile to completion your PA is always there, ready to assist with fully independent advice on all aspects of your impending move.

Fees

• The cost of this service is 0.5% of the purchase price of any property we find for you, with a minimum fee of £500.
• You pay £500 up front when you sign up to our terms and conditions, which comprises a £50 administration fee and a £450 refundable deposit.
• If after 4 weeks, you are not happy with our service, you can disinstruct us and we will refund your £450 deposit.
• If you decide to retain our services, then after this point, the deposit is no longer refundable.
• If there is a balance to pay on the 0.5%, this is payable within 14 days of your property transaction completing.
