An estate agent will charge you commission for selling your
property. Normally this is a percentage of the selling price
of your home, somewhere between 1% and 6%, depending on the
country and the prevailing rates. Obviously therefore, the
more expensive your property, the higher the fees are that
you would pay.
TheMoveChannel.com does not charge commission. Our packages
are an all-inclusive single fee advertising cost, which is
the same regardless of the value of your property. There are
no additional charges for adding more photographs, changing
your listings or in any other way enhancing your listing.
