Enquiries page
When you are logged in to the
Private Listings Administration area, you also
have access to an enquiries page, which shows
all of the enquiries you have had from users on
the site. These are arranged by property and then
by date.
The page shows the date of each enquiry, a flag
to represent the country where you property is
located, the address of your property, and the
name of the person making the enquiry.
You can use this page to manage your enquiries,
since you can change the status of the different
enquiries, to help you keep track of where you
are up to with each one.
The different status fields are live lead, hot
lead, viewing arranged, sale agreed, purchase
complete, fell through, recontact later.
Further to the right is a checkbox, which is
replaced with a date to the right of it, when
you check and submit the page. This can be used
to record that you have contacted that particular
individual.
You can also click a client details page to view
contact information for the person making the
enquiry |
 |
Client details page
The client details firstly shows
the contact information for the person who has
made an enquiry about your property, showing their
name, address, phone number and email.
Below that, any enquiries about your property
or properties that this user has made are shown,
along with the date, details of the property,
the status of the enquiry and the contacted date
/ checkbox. These can be udated in the same way
as on the enquiry page.
In addition, you can add notes to be associated
with a specific enquiry, by clicking the "Add
note" next to the Notes: label.
You are able to add an unlimited number of notes
next to each enquiry - each of these is stored
in chronological order with the individual enquiry.
The final thing that you can do in this section
is schedule an email reminder to yourself. Input
the comments, set the reminder date using the
calendar applet, enter the email address to which
you want the reminder sent and then add the reminder.
